Aluminium casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by using Aluminium and its alloy as casting material. mainly are non-ferrous metal, such as Aluminium alloy material can apply for different casting technology, such as Aluminium die casting, Aluminium sand casting, Aluminium gravity casting, Aluminium investment casting, Aluminium gravity casting, Aluminium low pressure casting, Aluminium squeeze casting, Aluminium permanent mold casting. We can provide the Aluminium castings with most of above-mentioned casting technology.
Different casting technology has different advantages. E.g. die casting can provide more precision and stable quality and closed tolerance, sand casting can provide very complex inside shape etc.. And of course, different Aluminium casting process vary very much in manufacture cost both in tooling-making and unit cost. So always, when we getting the inquiry from customer, will ask some question to the customer to make sure we can choose a satisfied tech and production process for customer. E.g., if your project’s quantity are very big, and inner shape is ok for de-mold operation, we will suggest to choose Aluminium die casting. If the quantity and casting precise is not very high, we will ask customer to choose gravity casting or sand casting plus after-casting machining. All what we do is aimed to provide customer a good service with economical but reasonable cost.
