Zinc die casting is also called zinc alloy high pressure die casting, is casting process that is characterized by using high pressure forcing molten zinc alloy liquid into a reusable metal mold cavity. For zinc alloy die casting, we always choose hot-chamber die casting machine for casting production. The Aluminium die casting machine has two type: vertical die casting machine and horizontal die casting machine.
Like all other die casting process, compared to sand casting and gravity casting, zinc die casting technology is a young technology for casting industry. Like Aluminium die casting, zinc die casting also shows its excellent performance in casting industry with many advantages below list:
