Aluminium Gravity Casting

 We can provide Aluminium gravity casting service. Aluminium gravity casting, like Aluminium sand casting, is one of the oldest casting process in the world. The gravity casting have many different styles. Here in our area, gravity casting, always refers to gravity die casting (GDC). It is characterized by using Aluminium and its alloy as casting material and pouring the molten metal into the semi-permanent or permanent mold to forming the castings. And this kind of Aluminium casting process also called Aluminium permanent mold casting. Aluminium gravity casting use gravity to force the Aluminium alloy liquid into the mold, this not like HPDC using high pressure, LPDC using low pressure, rotation casting using centrifugal force to fill the mould with the metal liquid alloy.
Aluminium gravity casting is suited to medium to high volumes products and typically parts are made of heavier sections than HPDC, but thinner sections than sand casting.
The main stages in the process are like this Molten alloy is hand or dosed via using mechanical method poured into channels of the tool (the tooling which have already been precoated with a die release agent.),then to fill all the mold cavity. After the part has cooled sufficiently, the die is opened, and then take out of the formed castings for next step.

-For our new customer, we will arrange the contact review meeting to confirm the stable delivery time after receiving the purchase order, The delivery time we advise is reasonable and precision.
-we will produce some extra goods in our warehouse for stock each time, so anytime you need the delivery is possible.
-If the production meet resistance and may influence the delivery, we will inform to you in the first time. And we take the most efficiency plan to solve the problem.
